DESCRIPTION AND MEANING:

Pumau means "always", "life long", and it´s the name chosen for this design that Steve requested to represent his new life with his wife and son.

In the middle of the sun (eternity and positivity) there is a turtle (family), with a twist (eternal union) on the inside, representing the bond between them and embracing a koru (their son, a new life), from which Steve gets new strength (shark teeth). Waves represent change, the hammerhead shark determination and strength and the gecko symbolizes health.

The two tikis protect the family and their prosperity (the fish hook).
