Avia requested some intertwined flowers flowing upwards from her ankle along the outer calf featuring the birth flowers of her four children, according to their birth order: morning glory, daisy, violet bud and lotus flower.

A ladybug on the morning glory and two on the daisy represent her grandchildren.
