DESCRIPTION AND MEANING:

We were requested a Maori styled half sleeve. We prepared this one including inside the design some stylized korus (unfolding fern buds: new beginning), puhoros (the wake of the canoe through the waves: speed, remaining the same through change), shark teeth (strength, protection), to represent a new beginning built on the basis of one´s own past.

The filling can be plain black or styled like this one:
