DESCRIPTION AND MEANING:
The frangipani flower in the middle of this tattoo requested by Sylvia is a symbol of love, bliss and safe shelter.
It´s radiating as a sun, with a cicada wing close to it to represent that bliss shall not be kept hidden but shared, as in Maori belief that cicadas come out of the caves during the day to sing aloud their joy.
Korus below represent life and the path to bliss that must be followed through all its new starts.
