The circled symbol is a tracking sing used by mountaineers, scouts and anyone who can walk in places where it´s easy to get lost, and it means "gone home".
It was inked with the rose (name of Dario´s grandma) and with the D (name of Dario´s cousin) who are not among us anymore.
Together with the circle they can convey the idea of a "return home" to heaven.
