A butterfly is born

Design Story

Mascia requested a simmetric Maori styled bracelet to go round her wrist, which had to include the letter M and korus representing a new beginning. On the outer side we stylized an M, and on the inside we drew a butterfly, as shown in the image on the right, as a symbol of transformation and freedom. The motif with two korus growing one from the other just represents a new beginning, whereas the swirling korus want to symbolize the meeting.
