Design Story

Waves play a great part in this legband tattoo prepared for Jo, as they give it "flow" and symbolize her passion for the ocean, with a manta representing beauty and freedom (also, the Marquesan cross in it is a symbol for harmony and balance).

The chasing birds (help granted to the loved ones) and the braid (family unity) are at the base for the importance that family has for her, giving her stability (the mountains) while the sun on top has a dot representing importance to symbolize her positive attitude and success.

Spearheads, shark teeth, and octopus tentacles represent strength and adaptability, while the fish hook is a symbol for prosperity and knowledge.
