Fairies often symbolize innocence, the will to keep looking at the world with the eyes of a child, imagination.
Ivy has different meanings, among which now prevails that of true and faithful love. Anciently, druids associated determination to ivy, on account of its power to overlie and stifle to death, in time, even the mighty oak.
This tattoo was thought as a standalone design which can easily be integrated into more complex patterns, as we did in the second image, where it was inserted into a wider pattern to create a lower back design
