Design Story

This design represents the family of Lara, who requested it.

The turtle symbolizes family, and it´s made of two halves which ideally embrace the three daughters represented by the lotus flowers interweaving to indicate overcoming every difficulty when together.

The right half represents her father and has shark teeth (strength, adaptability) and fish hook for the bond he had with the sea.

The left half represents her mother and has waves (change but also fertility) and a twist, as a symbol of the bond she represents to the family.

The spot at the point where all elements meet indicates family being central in their lives.
