Design Story

The turtle (family) is central, protected by the hammerhead shark on its left and by tikis on its front flippers.

The path of Kamehameha represents a difficul path, which is faced with determination and tenacity (the hammerhead shark), always helping each other (the row of chasing birds, also symbolizing freedom and watching the world from a higher perspective).
The hammerhead shark has spear heads for the warrior and a Marquesan cross for balance and union of the elements.

Inside the turtle shell we placed a lizard (good luck, health) and a fish hook (prosperity) within a sun (eternity, joy) to represent they will remain through every change (the waves).

The couple on the back flippers is enclosed into a stylized twist for their love to last forever.
