Design Story

Micky requested a five pointed star to represent the 5 members of his family.

We drew one watching from above as a flying bird, two korus for each of the other children and parents at the base, represented by a frangipani flower (beauty, safe shelter) for his wife and a tiki hand (the protector) for him.
The flax leaves in the middle are a symbol for family unity.
