Design Story

The upper left wing of this Maori styled dragonfly has the JMP letters cut out as maorigrams while the upper right one has a koru for new life and a double spiral for eternity and family.

The lower wings include the hammerhead shark motif for sociability and tenacity with tiki hands for protection.

Braid patterns symbolize family union and the sun is a symbol of joy and eternity (mountains are symbols of stability).

This tattoo was prepared for Natascha.
