Lotus and swallow

Design Story

This design was prepared for Claudia, and for an unborn baby.

We decided to place a koru in the center of the lotus flower to symbolize a new life, and the swallow below the flower to symbolize the baby who is now in heaven (swallows also symbolize safe return).

We included flames in the wings to represent the pain for the loss due to miscarriage, and the lotus flower to symbolize overcoming the difficulties to go back blooming again with a new life.

I HAVE SEEN TWO OF YOUR TATTOOS THAT ARE OF UNBORN BABIES. ON MONDAY 6 SEPTEMBER I WILL GET MY FIRST TATTOO AND I WILL DEFINITELY USE THIS TATTOO AS AN INSIGHT SINCE I FORCED LOST MY BABY IN AUGUST

The first result was this beautiful drawing... in fact I decided that in September I will get my first tattoo and I do it to remember forever the little one I lost in July... so if it's okay with you...
