Phoebe requested this small feminine anklet tattoo to celebrate her crossing two oceans in a sailing catamaran.
Mantas represent freedom and elegance, swimming one after the other circling round the ankle like she did around the world, and the added elements recall the waves of the ocean, sometimes calm, sometimes rising.
