Design Story

The motifs represented in this design are some traditional Marquesan ones, which include some stylized elements as the sugarcane (sweetness, happyness), the wake of the war canoe (speed, steadyness beyond change), the turtle shell (protection to the navigator), shark teeth (strength andprotection).
