Design Story

This turtle tattoo contains the waves motif (change) on its shell, designing a koru that symbolizes new life.
Following the developement of the koru waves are initially contrary (difficulties) to turn favourable later (positive changes) ending in a double koru (descent) designed in a way that shapes the letter F.

Just below, the infinity symbol and an A represent Andrea, who requested this design, and his wife.

Front flippers are two tikis, to protect the family from all sides, like the tiki hands inside the back flippers where there are also a fish hook (prosperity), mountains (stability) and shark teeth (adaptability).
