Design Story

Marina liked a small tattoo we had of a manta representing mother and daughter, and she asked for a similar concept with a turtle.

We kept it simple to be inked in small size, with the bigger koru representing the mother embracing her daughter (the smaller koru).
On the front flippers we added shark teeth and chasing birds to symbolize protection and support.
