Design Story
We already designed a half sleeve tattoo for Nilton, Ocean Legacy, and this new part extends it onto pec and shoulder blade integrating his story.
The whale on the pec represents family and nurturing, with a sun next to it to symbolize joy and eternity, enclosing 6 enata for the family members.
The outer sun is made of coconut leaves for prosperity and abundance.
The all seeing eye inside of the manta protects his back from all evil while the row of shark teeth completing the armband represents protection in the water.
Two sharks connecting past and future (back and front) to symbolize strength and adaptability and help him along his life voyage (the row of birds).
Spear heads closing the back part symbolize the warrior, strength, determination and tenacity.
