Design Story

This leg band tattoo was designed to represent a spiritual voyage, starting with knowledge and bringing balance (the elements are represented in the center around the manta) and energy (the sun).

The initial difficulties along this voyage (the paths of Kamehameha) are faced with the help of tiki hands.
The manta is a symbol of knowledge and harmony, of beauty.
The lizard represents earth and it also symbolizes connection to what is beyond, perception and extrasensorial habilities).

An octopus on top is a symbol for transformation and regrowth, adaptability and tenacity, with an all-seeing eye for protection.
The row of birds shows the voyage that makes Alexander see the world from this higher perspective.
