Design Story

This short sleeve tattoo requested by Danil gets inspiration from the Samoan tattoo style and it symbolizes the warrior fighting for his family (the central turtle), with the name of his son inserted centrally as a maorigram.

Spear heads and centipede symbolize the warrior, courage and fighting spirit, necessary for facing adversities, in a voyage (row of birds) that leads to serenity and success (the sun).

Coconut leaves and fish are symbols of abundance, the braid represents family union, the chess-like pattern indicates love and a tiki eye symbolizes protection.
