Design Story

This tattoo requested by Michele symbolizes his family and the protection he always grants to its members, with a turtle centrally for family and a tiki and warrior on its shell to protect them.

In addition to the warrior we also used spear heads on the front flippers while the back flippers are shaped by a sea shell (love, intimacy, with two chasing birds nearby as a symbol of help always granted to the loved ones) and by a fish hook (with fish next to it, for prosperity and abundance).

The sun on top symbolizes joy and eternity and it´s shaped by palm leaves for abundance, with an all-seeing eye in the center to keep all evil away.

The names of his wife and daughters are included in the tattoo as maorigrams, and the flax leaves at the bottom symbolize family union, at the base of everything.
