Design Story

This feminine Polynesian tattoo was prepares to adapt to Amber's back in the shape of a manta, and it includes 4 turtles representing the members of her family.
Hers is on top with a ipu on the shell for fertility, her children's ones in the middle have their initials and frangipani flowers to symbolize children, and her husband's one follows with a warrior in it.

The tiki at the base brings protection to the family while the birds on top represent a higher perspective.

The path of Kamehameha is for adversities faced, with the sea mango fruits symbolizing healing and curation keeping it away from family.

The fish represent prosperity and the path to knowledge is for teaching the children.

The mountains (stability) shape a sea shell, which is a symbol of love, intimacy and protection, and it includes a star to symbolize how it's an essential part of their lives, and the greatest medicine.
The braid below the turtles symbolizes family unity.
