Design Story

The shape chosen for this tattoo requested by Andrea is that of a sea turtle.
Its shell is formed by a shark (adaptability and strength) crossing a swordfish (speed, chasing one“s goals), enclosing a sun that recalls a motocross wheel incorporating an all-seeing eye for protection, while the two tails create the back flippers of the turtle.

A gecko was incorporated into the right front flipper, while a fern and a treble clef are inside the left one.

The general shape of the front flippers recalls the wings of a manta as a symbol of freedom while the back flippers include a fish hook and a fish to symbolize prosperity.
