S+I phoenix

Design Story

The phoenix is a symbol of eternity and new life, always being reborn from its own ashes.

In the tail of this phoenix we placed motifs representing the difficulties (opposing waves, path of Kamehameha) faced and left behind towards a new life symbolized by the koru.

In the wings, under the protection of the enata, the letters S and I represent the children of Laura, for whom this tattoo was prepared.
