Design Story
This turtle was prepared for Kirsten as a tattoo for the members of her family, and it incorporates their surname in the center of the shell, touching a twist that shapes the head of the turtle (eternal love).
The braid motifs above and below the surname symbolize family union.
The back flippers are tiki hands for protection while the front flippers are a sea shell (love, intimacy and safe shelter) and a fish hook (prosperity, abundance).
The colored legenda below helps identifying the individual elements within the tattoo:
