Design Story

The general shape of this tattoo prepared for Giovanni represents a hammerhead shark, symbolizing tenacity and determination, the warrior, similarly to the spear heads that make up part of its body.

The very line of the body is shaped by the line of Giovanni´s mountains, and the back fin includes waves.

The body and fins of the shark have elements representing his family (the flax leaves in the tail too are family), with two chasing birds to symbolize voyages and the help they´ll always grant each other in facing any adversity.
