Design Story

The focus of this half sleeve tattoo prepared for Luiz is on family, prosperity and the warrior: family union is represented by the flax leaves at the base with braid above them, and by the ancestors motifs appearing both on top and at the base.

The warrior placed centrally protects his family (the two birds below symbolize his wife and son, and also support always granted to the loved ones.
Spearheads and centipedes symbolize fighting spirit and the octopus tentacles are for adaptability and tenacity.
The Shotokan tiger was stylized and disguised in the middle below family.

The flower-like elements on the left symbolize the union of two families and the coconut leaves, fish and trochus shells are symbols of prosperity and abundance.

The stepping stones on top symbolize achievements.
