Koru sunmoon

All is possible |November 03, 2015
by: GiErre

Design Story

The elements of this tattoo revolve around a koru surrounded by two suns and a moon.

The koru includes a Marquesan cross and it represents the balance brought by a new start where everything is possible (the union of sun and moon, with a second sun enforcing the idea of positivity and joy).
Mountains shaping it are symbols of stability and fish of abundance.

Waves represent change, tiki hands and eyes are symbols of protection, frangipani flowers represent beauty and safe shelter and the stylized lizard is a wish for good luck.
