Design Story
The scorpion is a controversial symbol, with very different associated meanings. It´s a symbol of danger, "leave me alone", but it´s a symbol of love too. Indian culture uses the scorpion to symbolize passional love which, like the sting of a scorpion, leaves lovers in an almost feverish state: skin burns, breath gets deeper, people suffer when their loved one is far away.
