Design Story
Paulo Matias works on the water, and he requested a design that would bring protection to him and to his family.
On the inside are the names of his daughters Carolina and Inés, and also the two symbols in the middle refer to them: Carolina, from old German, means "strong man" and it´s represented by the warrior, whereas Inés, from latin "agnus", means pure, here represented by a stylized baby´s breath flower.
Waves are for the water, natural element of the manta ray (freedom and elegance), and the two tikis on the sides are for protection from every direction. The tail is made of a lizard (good luck), a fish hook (wealth) and shark´s teeth (strength and adaptability).
