Design Story

This turtle symbolizes the family of Matteo, who requested this tattoo, as well as travelling; in the middle of the shell we placed the couple symbol, surrounded by braid and mountains to symbolize how the union and stability that their relation give them are central and important (indicated by the dots).
Mountains shape a sun, symbol of happyness and eternity while the chasing birds just below it symbolize helping each other.

The two tiki on the front flippers protect family from all sides while the two tiki hands embrace and protect the birds through changes (waves) and travels by sea and air (canoe and bird).

The two sea shells symbolize love and safe shelter.
