Design Story
Chris requested a tribal labrys tattoo design.
Axes symbolize the warrior and we thought of adding some elements derived from the traditions of Borneo to strengthen the meaning of courage and valiance, and the double tadpole spiral to remind that a real warrior does not destroy life, but preserves it.
Fire was added to remind that even through changes we have to fight for our passions and for what we believe in.

[TT: the Amazons used the same weapons as men, and were in fact indistinguishable in battle. These were above all the spear, and the bow, to use which it was thought they had their right breast removed (a-mazos was considered a possible origin of the name)]
