Design Story
The turtle, especially when along with other turtles, symbolizes family and voyage, and the twist is a typical Maori symbol that represents eternal love: the two swirls can sometimes divide, but they will always come back together until they join. This design wants to symbolize a strong love that grows and widens giving birth to a new family.
