Twin children

Design Story

Luisa requested a simple symbol that could represent the love and protection she and her husband have for their newborn twin children.

We thought of the unfolding fern buds, or korus, as they symbolize a new growing life, and life continuing in our children when designed with a smaller koru growing from a bigger one.

Mirroring two of such fronds we got a heart, a symbol of love, where the two parents ideally embrace the two newborn babies.
