Design Story
In the center of this Polynesian style armband tattoo designed for Marco, an eagle with spread wings inside a sun (eternity, positivity, life) symbolizes freedom, pursued with tenacity (the hammerhead shark motif).
The turtle and the row of birds represent the journey, and the Marquesan
cross is for balance.
The birds also symbolize watching the
world from a higher perspective.
The manaia represents a guardian angel, while the path of Kamehameha is the path of life and spearheads symbolize the warrior who has learned to face adversities.
