Design Story

This thin kirituhi styled armband was designed for Fabrizio, who wanted to integrate a dolphin tattoo he already had in the same Maori style.

Keeping waves and koru as the main symbols, together with the braid and shark teeth motifs, we drew it as if it was the line of the water from which the dolphin was jumping out into the air.
