Design Story

Nancy has requested this tattoo to symbolize how her mother will always live in her heart.

From bottom to top the braid symbolizes family, union, and the tiki is the ancestor and protector.
Sea shells symbolize faithful love, safe shelter and prosperity and two of them were placed together to recall a heart shape to symbolize that Nancy´s heart will always be close to her mother; bivalve shells are also used to represent women.

The row of birds represents the voyage started by her mother, leading to the new place from where she´ll guard on her.
