DESCRIPTION AND MEANING:
Dejan requested a Polynesian style manta tattoo to integrate an old tribal style cancer tattoo.
We chose to use mainly Samoan style for the manta, which has spear heads (the warrior) to face adversities (upside down waves), birds (voyage, higher perspective), fish and fish hook (prosperity), a sun made of coconut leaves (prosperity and eternity, joy).
The turtle shell motif symbolizes family.
An all-seeing eye in the center is to keep evil away and shark teeth are for protection and adaptability.
